Yum! Wholesome Cookie Bars, Energy Bars, or Larabars, whatever you want to call them, made from simple natural ingredients. These bars are quick to make and you can come up with dozens of different flavors with just a few basic ingredients. Pick a nut, pick a fruit, add a little spice and there you have it, snacks you feel good about eating and giving to your children (and spouse).
I whipped up a pan of bars in no time and even made three different flavors. My favorite is the cinnamon oatmeal raisin, which was a little surprising because I LOVE chocolate. My daughter’s favorite was the Hot Fudge Brownie…although she also liked to eat off all the chocolate chips from the chocolate chip cookie dough bars 🙂
